Diana Isaac

For the past term around about 10+ kids have been going to Diana Isaac on Friday afternoons. When we go to Diana Isaac there were bingo trips, baking trips coding trips and even balloon sports activities. We walk over there every Friday. It's about a 10 minute walk not that far. I just went on Friday of week 9 for bingo and board games. We were paired up with a person and then we got to play bingo and help them play bingo. And then after that we got to talk to some people about their lives. I even got to meet a lady who was a 100 years old and that got her letter from the queen. Breakout EDU

In  week 6 the googlers hosted a little game for all of our hub to play. In our current events quiz groups two groups at a time went and played the game. There were a bunch of clues hidden in our school library and we were given 45 minutes to solve them and open a locked box. the groups that I went with were able to unlock it in less then 15 minutes. We were able to find the clues and open the box in a fraction of the time we we're given. But we still weren't the fastest group we were just about though.

Back in week 5 the teachers gave us a set amount of tasks to do.There were 9 tasks and they called it a bingo card. This is what it looked like

Teacher Strike

Back in week 5 the teachers had a teacher strike. That meant there was no school. I know that the teachers are not going on strike to get paid more but to have more time in the classroom. Most of their time is spent on doing admin. My aunty is a teacher so she was messaging me through out the day sending me photos on how people had costumes to wear while they were protesting. Week 8 Writing Scavenger hunt

Last week for writing we had to look up words in an online dictionary and then we had to get a picture that shows the word and then include those words in a piece of writing. Then we had to do it again but we can chose words we're unsure of. Here is mine

Winter Sports

Before Winter Sport
Today is Thursday June 20th... that means WINTER SPORTS. I'm writing part of this before winter sports to record how I feel. Right now I'm feeling pretty excited to vs a team in football. If you didn't know every week on Thursday we go to hagly park.
After Winter Sport
We lost our game but that doesn't matter we tried our hardest. Player of the day went to Haron. But our next game is still a mystery so stick around :)

Week 7 Create Task

This week in my reading workshop I've been working on my Venn diagram. We had to read one of the following three articles, Climate Change Australian ball tampering and No Rep Sport. I chose climate change. While I was reading the article I felt like The author persuaded me which I how we have the same opinions.
