Hello and welcome back to the second activity of the third day of the week of the summer learning journey. Today I am going to be coming up with 5 interview questions that I would ask LeBron James for an interview. Lets get into it!

Interview for LeBron James

Question 1
When did you show an interest for basketball in your life. Did you try any other sports before basketball. Or did you just know that you were going to be a basketball player when you were younger

Question 2
You also star in quite a few movies, first one that comes to mind is space jam and the upcoming space jam 2. What is it like being one of the most famous basketball players and also being able to lead a career in acting?

Question 3
when you play basket ball you shoot mostly right handed when you are left handed, why is that?

Question 4
How do you do the simplistic of task like going to shop without people noticing you and bombarding you. is it hard?. or because of your fame do you have to get someone else to?

Question 5
What training did you have to under go to get as good at basketball as you are? How long did it take you to get 'good'?

Activity 1: Rugby Superstars

Hello and welcome back to my blog. Today I will be doing another summer learning journey. With this activity I will be talking about what 3 super powers I could have and why. Also what I would do with them.

Super Powers I would Have:

invisibility
I would want invisibly so I could prank all my friends. But if anything were to happen like a super villain rising I would use that power for good. I think this power is so amazing. But only if you could toggle it. I wouldn't want to be invisible forever

Water breathing
Swimming for me has always been one of my favorite things to do. That's why water breathing would be such a cool power so I could, explore the ocean. Be able to help others if they are drowning, and so much more.
Teleportation
I would love this power so I can visit friends and family who I don't live near by. One of my best friends lives a 3 hour car trip away. My dad lives a 4 hour flight away. With teleportation I could visit them. i would use it to take my family around the world so they could experience new places, hobbies and food without having to pay. I could even be paid to take people around the world

Activity 3: Miracle on the Hudson

For this activity I have to recall a time me or someone I know did something brave, So let's get into the recount!

The lost cat

Many, many years ago when me and my aunty went to visit my Nana on her farm on our first day there we were walking round the house and found a little black kitten. This kitten obviously belonged to a wild cat the roams around my Nana's farm but recently stopped visiting. To make matters worse the kitten only had 3 and half legs, one of it's legs was extremely injured it looked like it had been caught in a trap. I don't remember  much but I think We took it to the vet to be taken treated. We looked after it until me and my aunty left then my Nana gave it to one of her close friends and still to this day the once injured miserable kitten is living a happy life in a family with a little puppy friend. Now you might be wondering why this is a brave story. Well me and my family ran the risk of getting infections, having the little guy melt our hearts for him might to die in his surgery. This event occurred 5 years and I felt brave for helping and doing what we did and I still do to this day. P.S Sorry for the lack of photo's the only photos I got of the kitten were put into an album.

Thank you for reading my Blog. Do you think this is a brave story or I am wrong? I'm not sure. comment what you think

Activity 2: One Small Step for Man

Hello and welcome to my Blog.
today I will be imagining that I was Neil Armstrong when he landed on the moon. I will be writing a poem of describing how I think he felt. I will be writing a poem in the form of a haiku. A haiku is a 3 verse poem. But the catch is each verse line has to have 5 syllables on the first line 7 syllables in the middle line and 5 syllables on the end line. That is what makes up a verse.

The Step

Boom! Launch successful
"How are feeling Neil" "SCARED!"
"Just stick to the plan"

"Spaces looks so empty"
"I feel alone, But I'm not"
"don't stress you'll be fine"

Landing successful
"Wow this is awesome!" Feels great
"One Small Step for Man!"

What do you think of it?

Activity 1: Flying Solo

Hello and welcome back to my blog. Today I will be sharing what I have worked on in the 1st activity of the second day in the summer learning journey. I learnt about 2 very early pilots in the 1930's. One from NZ and one from America. For the activity I made a ven diagram of comparing the 2 and their accomplishments. This activity was really fun and I enjoyed the activity.

Here is my diagram
Thank you for reading my Blog. Have you ever heard of any of pilots? Comment down below

Rise of skywalker (No Spoilers)

Last Thursday night I stayed at my aunty's  because we were going to the movies and it would end up finishing late. Last Christmas me and her were given a voucher for the hoyts entx lux that expires this week so we thought what better idea then to use it on the rise of skywalker. We went into the lux lounge at the cinema and it was so fancy. They had a big bar and even a menu by manu. It was so fancy! We both got a $17 piece of cheesecake and shared some popcorn that we could order a waiter in to refill if we needed. The movie was so awesome and the cheesecake was so good. I'm not going to spoil the movie but I defensibly recommend you watch it.

We planned this the week before but before we saw the movie there was one little problem. I had never ever watched a single star wars movie in my life! So for the week I was binge watching all the movies trying to prepare for the new one. I manged to do it all in time and had a blast doing so.
Thank you for reading my blog. What's your favorite star wars movie? Comment down below.

Activity 3: Scaling New Heights

For this activity I have to choose a charity organisation to read a little about and then write down and explain what I learnt.

For this activity I am going to be sharing some things about the SPCA

I love what they do and I think it's so amazing how they help animals and take care of animals that have been abused, dumped neglected. Me and my mum got our dog from the SPCA when she was just a puppy and she is living her best life with at the age of 6.

All about the SPCA:
The SPCA is an organisation people that take care of animals that have been treated wrongly. They provide animals with food, water, shelter, their chips, injections, they even play with them. They do all this with animals ranging from mice to horses. This organisation has grown so much with 42 different SPCA places around New Zealand.

When is started.
The SPCA in NZ has been around for longer then most people may think. Would you believe me if I told the NZ SPCA started in 1882. Well it was and over time the organisation will get bigger and bigger, aka meaning less people will hurt their animals or do anything horrible. Thank you for reading My blog.
